Aww, Pang is so sweet. So about 4 months ago Pang and I had made a bet and the winner gets $100 cash. Of course I am the loser in this, blah I am the loser in everything that I do. But then again, I am glad I joined her on this bet.
Today was our last day for the bet, and as the month came closer I knew I’ve already lost but nonetheless I still kept motivating her and myself.
I came to work late today and I notice a white box on my desk with my name in bright colors. I was confused for a second, I was wondering, my birthday isn’t until August, so I was confused as to who gave the gift to me and the reasons behind it. As curious as I was I opened it and there was a note on the bottom of the top flap, and it read:
Dearest Ze,
Hello love! I want to THANK YOU for motivating, supporting and believing that I/we can do this. Nothing is beyond the reach… with a little effort… ANYTHING is possible. Here’s a little token of my appreciation…not much but hopefully you’ll enjoy it. Again, THANKS!

Awww Pang, I didn’t do anything, it was you who did all the work, I was only on your side to help support and motivate you through it. It was you who never gave up and strive to reach that goal.
I unwrap all the tissues and came upon a small plate plat that read “things happen for a reason… just believe” it also came with a stand to go with it as well. It was so sweet of Pang. I honestly needed that, I really did.
For the past 3 weeks I had been a bit down, but for the last 4 days it had gotten worst after hearing some hurtful news, but then I am a big girl, I can handle any pain. Of course I don’t think Pang knows that I had been down since I had been keeping a happy face around her, but there was something she had been rooting at me for, and now it’s my turn to tell her that whatever it was that she was rooting for has no chance of becoming a reality since fate had taken a terrible turn on me. Whatever Pang was rooting for will be buried away never to be dug up again.
Yes things happen for a reason, and I am glad it happened as soon as it did because I don’t want to hang onto something that was never mind to begin with.
